I
am NOT doing too well at this juggling game of life. Today I got online and received an e-mail from my nutritionist
that I had missed our appt. ast week! Damn it!!! So I wrote an e-mail back explaining and apologizing and asking to reschedule...
THEN I get this call from my family doctor --not the weight doctor i have been seeing for my thyroid, mind you (they had recently
done another blood test on my-but right after i had taken a thryoid pill!)--so they call me up and are like "We need to see
you ASAP because this shows your thyroid is now OVERACTIVE and that's not good. We need you to come in." And I'm like
"Wha?" So I call my weight doctor... and she explains what happened and it's completely logical and that I shouldn't
go off of my thyroid!... So of course, I'm going to listen to the one who wants me thin, not generic thyroid levels.
They make sure I'm healthy too! Furthermore... I am supposed to receive a phone call from my employer today hiring me for
the job I interviewed for last week--she said FOR SURE she would call me today because all they were waiting on was my background
check to go through. SO... it's almost 4 p.m. NO PHONE CALL. Uh-uh... so I called and left a message saying I went out
and was checking that I hadn't missed your call, etc. and THEY STILL HAVEN'T CALLED ME BACK! Gr. ANYWAYS........ So now I'm
rescheduling and scheduling doctor's appointments without knowing whether I am going to work or not, nor knowing my schedule...
and furthermore---I'M STILL FAT! AAAAAaaarrggghhh!!!!!

So
I just finished my first final of finals week in ten minutes. Lol. Now that's what I call EASY. As for now,
I am chilling in the library listening to a recording of "Letter from Ana." It's a great inspiration to not eat!
You should try it. Just get a copy of "Letter from Ana," --I'll post it soon enough. And voice record it with
a recorder and listen to it OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. It helps.
Anyways,
I forgot to weigh in this morning but I go to my Nutritionist in a few hours. Yippee. She'll help me lose wieght
faster. :) Pills I've taken today? Thyroid, Appetite suppressant, Vitamin B6, Liquid Vitamin B12, Chromium,
2 Thinspa (or whatever it's called--the red pills), and 2 Calcium w/ Vitamin D pills.

Today I was a complete fat pig and I didn't even
work out. I f***ing suck. I weighed in at 185 lbs this morning. I've been on this diet for four weeks and
haven't budged. I do have a thyroid disorder and all... but somehow I still feel that this is all my fault. And
my dad won't get off my ass about being fat either. I hate that heffer.
